About Us

Who We Are: Cenneidigh, Inc. - Dakota Outreach is a private for-profit company that contracts services with Dakota County to provide independent living services to mentally ill and/or developmental disabled adults in Dakota County and is licensed by the Department of Human Services (DHS) under 245D. Cenneidigh also registers buildings to receive Group Residential Housing – Housing with Services (GRH-HWS) funds for households that are disabled and exiting Cochran Shelter or Dakota Woodlands Shelter.
  KCQ, Inc. - Dakota Outreach is a non-profit company that contracts services to provide homeless outreach, housing search and placement, and support services to individuals and limited families in Dakota County. KCQ also partners with the StreetWorks Collaborative to provide street outreach and case management services to youth in Dakota, Scott, Carver, and southern Washington Counties. KCQ also partners with the Minnesota Assistance Council of Veterans (MACV) to provide street outreach and case management services to Veterans and their families in Dakota County.
 
Cenneidigh, Inc's mission: Promote and assist individuals in achieving their highest level of independence in their home settings. Cenneidigh acknowledges and is committed to supporting family and community involvement in building life skills for all people served.
KCQ, Inc's mission Dakota Outreach is advocacy for individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness to provide the necessary services which enable them to stabilize and to maintain living independently in their own home.
